Vestia does not claim ownership of your uploaded images or clothing information.

5. Acceptable Use

• ·Upload content that infringes on the rights of others
• ·Attempt to exploit, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
• ·Attempt to reverse engineer or copy Vestia's software or algorithms

Vestia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. AI-Generated Recommendations

Vestia uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit suggestions, style recommendations, wardrobe analytics, and shopping suggestions. These recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. Vestia does not guarantee that AI-generated recommendations will always be accurate or suitable for every situation. Users are responsible for their own clothing decisions and purchases.

7. Affiliate Products and Shopping Recommendations

Vestia may suggest clothing products from third-party retailers. Some recommendations may include affiliate links, meaning Vestia may receive a commission if a user purchases a product through these links.

Vestia is not responsible for:

• ·Returns or refunds

All purchases are made directly with third-party retailers.

8. Intellectual Property
